其實(shí)進(jìn)行同源建模時候，并不是所有的蛋白全序列都可以建模，或者都能找到模板（template）。 但是對于目的蛋白，你可能只對其中某段序列區(qū)域（催化域，底物/輔酶結(jié)合域等）感興趣，而這些序列區(qū)域 可能保守度很高，可以對這些區(qū)域進(jìn)行建模即可。 你可以先將全序列進(jìn)行建模，如果全局比對分值很低，你根據(jù)比對結(jié)果，選取保守區(qū)域的氨基酸序列（最好含有你感興趣的區(qū)域），利用swiss model對該區(qū)域重新建模即可。 或者你試試這個建模網(wǎng)站PHYRE2：http://www.sbg.bio.ic.ac.uk/phyre2/html/page.cgi?id=index |
