關(guān)于提交ITS序列到genbank

通過bankit把序列提交了 然后收到回信 要求增加信息 其中有一條是讓說明序列的詳細信息 但是我不清楚 做這個ITS也單純是為了鑒定菌株 這個需要怎么回復(fù)呀？ 以下是回信摘錄 [4] Complete feature annotation has not been included for some or all of the sequence(s) you have submitted. A. Please resubmit your sequence(s) with relevant features such as: - coding regions (CDS features), partial or complete, including nucleotide spans and reading frame. Using this information, our software will add the amino acid translations for you. - structural RNAs such as rRNAs, tRNAs, misc_RNAs, with nucleotide spans - features which may describe your sequence, such as repeat_regions, UTRs, promoters with nucleotide spans We have appended instructions for adding features to records. We cannot accept annotation in text format, you must resubmit. If your annotated sequences have coding region features with internal stop codons or reading frameshifts, you will be asked to review and resubmit. Please be sure to analyze your data prior to resubmission. B. If you know the correct annotation, but are unsure how to add it, please contact GenBank Users Services at: info@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov and include this message with your request. C. 你測序結(jié)果blast，是非編碼區(qū)么，如果是核糖體的話就標(biāo)記為rRNA就好了哇，好像要求按照格式重新編輯好fasta發(fā)郵件到指定郵箱的吧，你仔細看看要求 發(fā)自小木蟲Android客戶端 |
